Mr. Vinod Rai was the former Comptroller and Auditor General of India. Mr. Rai has worked in various capacities with the Central and a few State Governments. His previous position was as Secretary in the Ministry of Finance - GoI, where he was responsible for managing the Financial Services sector, including banks and insurance companies. He had been a Director on several Boards including the State Bank of India, ICICI Bank, IDBI Bank, Life Insurance Corporation of India and IDFC. Mr. Rai was instrumental in setting up the India Infrastructure Finance Company Limited. Mr. Rai has also been the Principal Secretary (Finance) in the State Government of Kerala, apart from holding senior positions in the Ministries of Commerce and Defence, GoI. Mr. Vinod Rai has a Master's Degree in Economics from Delhi School of Economics, University of Delhi. He also has a Master's Degree in Public Administration from Harvard University, USA.
Ajay has over 21 years of corporate experience, with proven expertise in consumer lending, general management, sales & distribution, P&L Management, strategy and business development. In his previous role, Ajay was the Consumer Lending Head at Reliance Retail Finance Ltd. In this role, he successfully implemented the model to deliver small ticket consumer finance to the mass market across urban and rural centers. Prior to this, Ajay worked for Citibank Global Consumer Group in India for 10 years till 2006. His last assignment with Citibank was as the Head of the Unsecured Lending business. Ajay is an alumnus of Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai.
Lilani is Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Saama Capital and serves as non-executive Chairman of SiliconValley Bank's India business.
Lilani is responsible for sourcing and managing the investments of SVB India Capital Partners and its successor fund, Saama Capital. Previously, he held several executive positions at Silicon Valley Bank including founding and managing its international divisions, SVBGlobal, where he developed and managed SVB's global market activities. Prior to that, he managed several different domestic businesses for the Bank.
Lilani is a Board member at Vittana, an advisor to the American Indian Foundation, a charter member of TiE, a network for U.S. and Indian entrepreneurs, and was a founder of the U.S.-India Venture Capital Association. In addition, he holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting from Bangalore University and has an MBA from Philadelphia University.
Rahul Chandra is a co-founder and Managing Director of Helion and has over 20 years of venture capital investing and corporate development experience in technology product and services companies in India and the US. He serves on the Boards of Shubham, UnitedLex, Getit Infoservices, , Mindworks and manages investments in Spandana and Equitas.
Between 2000 and 2006, Rahul was based in Silicon Valley as part of the investment team at Walden International, a global venture capital firm with more than $2B under management. Rahul started Venture Capital investing in 1996 in India as the first hire at Walden's India office. In this role, he managed investments for Walden's India dedicated Fund between 1996 and 2000.
Prior to Walden, he worked in the Capital Markets Group at Lazard India, and in the Primary Market Department at the Securities Exchange Board of India. Rahul has an MBA from University of California, Berkeley and graduated from Birla Institute of Technology & Science, Pilani in 1993.
Mr. Rakesh Rewari is a Director on the Board of NSIC Ltd, GIIN, KITCO Ltd. MAS Financial Services Ltd and Jain sons Fin lease Ltd.(Intellegrow) and is a trustee of the Credit Risk Guarantee Fund Trust for Low Income Housing. He actively participates in mentoring of innovative and technology focused SME start-ups and also renders assistance to Venture Capital Funds with SME focus and Social Impact. He has worked with IFCI Ltd., IDBI and SIDBI where he was the first CEO of SIDBI Venture Capital Ltd (2000-2004) and was also the Deputy M.D. and a Member of Board of Directors of SIDBI from Oct 2006 to August 2011. He has also worked with the National Innovation Council to provide expertise on setting up a Venture Capital Fund to finance innovative project with social impact. Mr. Rewari has completed his B.Tech from I.I.T Delhi and M.B.A from F.M.S New Delhi.

She is an invited member on the Audit Committee of Munjal Showa Ltd., a Listed Company. In her previous role, Ms. Agarwal was a senior partner in Deloitte Haskins & Sells and CC Chokshi firm as a Senior Partner. She is also served as National President of FLO- FICCI Ladies Organization. Ms. Agarwal has vast and incisive experience in audit, tax, business valuations business related services including back office accounting, management consultancy , risk assurance and due diligence services. Ms. Agarwal is a Bachelor of Economics (Hons.) and a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
Sandeep Farias is a Founder and Managing Director of Elevar Equity, a thesis based investor focused on backing entrepreneurs who deliver essential services to disconnected communities underserved by global networks. It is this idea that drives Sandeep to provide equity to entrepreneurs who challenge discrimination, help them prove their business model, establish the right governance, and raise additional capital to grow.
Previously, Sandeep founded the India operations of Unitus (a global microfinance accelerator) in 2004 and was Chief Innovation Officer of Unitus in 2007. He conceptualized Unitus' India strategy, built the India team and launched a number of strategic projects for the organization. Sandeep came to the impact space from Nishith Desai Associates (NDA), where he founded the firm's development sector practice, incubated new practice areas and led its corporate law practice. He also established the firm's offices in Palo Alto, California and Bangalore, India.

Sanjay has over 28 years of proven expertise in general management, sales & distribution, new category development, brand management and backend operations including collections across large, blue chip financial services organisations. He has successfully launched and led new business lines for the consumer business of Citibank, HSBC and GE Consumer Finance in India and First Gulf Bank in the UAE. Prior to this, his role was to set up and manage the Lending and Payments business for Reliance Retail. Sanjay has completed his Master's in Business Administration from Lucknow University.
Vishal has over 10 years of experience in fund management, investment banking, credit rating and corporate development. Before being part of MOPE, he worked as an Associate Director at UBS Investment Bank, New York where he executed several M&A transactions for financial services companies in areas of insurance, financial technology, speciality finance, alternative asset managers and bank holding companies. Vishal has developed a wide global business perspective, deep domain understanding of financial services and has strong relationship building skills.
At MOPE, Vishal is involved in fund raising, investing and portfolio monitoring. He represents the Fund on the board of directors of AU financiers. He is also associated with Dixon Technologies. Vishal earned an MBA from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Aligarh Muslim University.
