The eligibility for loan against property is determined based on the value of the property provided as collateral and the customer’s financial capability to repay the loan in the required time.

Given below are some of the criteria that an individual must follow when applying for a Shubh Udyogini Loan

  • The woman applicant must be the primary income contributor and the primary applicant to the loan
  • The woman applicant must be the sole owner or one of the co-owners of the business
  • Customer should be more than 21 years of age but not more than 65 years at the time of loan maturity
  • Borrower should have a bank account
  • Borrower should be residing in a city where Shubham’s Office is located
  • Guarantor not compulsory
  • Loan Against Property is given against a property (Eg. House of the Applicant) which becomes a collateral with Shubham against the loan taken. All the owners of the property being financed and all individuals whose income has been considered for the loan have to be the co-applicants to the loan
  • The property against which the loan is given will be considered as the collateral for the loan
  • Application form with all required details filled in
  • Identity proof such as Pan Card, Voters ID Card, Passport, Aadhar card
  • Address proof such as electricity bill, ration card
  • Income proof documents, if available
  • Bank passbook or bank Statements
  • Copies of the property papers

The maximum amount of loan provided under Shubham’s Shubh Udyogini Loan Against Property is Rs. 15,00,000.

The maximum repayment tenure for Shubham Shubh Udyogini loan against property offered by Shubham is 15 years, i.e. 180 months.

Shubham Housing Finance provides Shubham Shubh Udyogini loan against property to customers at a competitive interest rate starting from 15% to 19% with 0.25% special waiver on Shubh Udyogini loans. Administrative and operational costs are only up to 3%.

EMI is calculated basis the loan amount, desired tenure, interest rate and other factors. The EMI amount can be increased if the customer wants to reduce the loan tenure.

The EMI amount can be paid through Electronic Clearing Services (ECS) and National Automated Clearing House (NACH). Shubham provides you the facility of making your EMI payments via all available modes like Netbanking, UPI and Debit Cards.
